Entry rules for Philippine passport holders, with the official links to double-check.
Philippine passport
Visa required (free C-3-9 tourist visa via KVAC)
Philippine passport holders need a visa for mainland South Korea. Apply for the C-3-9 short-term tourist visa at the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) in BGC or through an embassy-designated agency. The visa itself is free for stays under 60 days, but KVAC charges a ₱1,000 processing fee, and processing takes about 14 working days. K-ETA doesn't apply to Filipinos, and there's no online e-visa route for ordinary tourists. Jeju is the exception: visa-free for up to 30 days if you fly there directly from abroad and stay on Jeju.
